A new application cycle was launched in Fall 2023 to discover new and exciting projects pertaining to the therapeutic prevention of inherited cancers. The interest was tremendous with over 50 proposals relating to inherited cancer prevention. The projects ranged in topic from basic biology of cancer initiation to early detection and early intervention. Initial rounds of evaluation are completed, and the proposals from the finalists are being evaluated by a panel of expert external reviewers. Projected start date for new projects is June 1st, 2024.
